AMPED is a workout timer for iPhone and Apple Watch. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles and how it is handled. The short version: AMPED does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Everything the app generates stays on your device.

1. What we collect

Nothing. AMPED has no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting, no user accounts, and no servers it talks to. The app does not know who you are. It does not build a profile of you. It does not track you across other apps or websites.

2. Workout history

Every workout you complete is logged to your iPhone's local storage so you can see your history inside the app. This data:

• Stays on your device.
• Is never uploaded to any server.
• Is never shared with any third party.
• Can be deleted at any time from Settings → Data → Reset All History.
• Is removed entirely if you uninstall the app.

3. Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you grant AMPED permission to integrate with Apple Health, the app uses HealthKit to:

• Write completed workouts (type, duration, energy burned, heart rate samples) so they appear in the Health app and contribute to your activity rings.
• Read heart rate data during a workout when your Apple Watch is streaming it, so it can be displayed live on your iPhone.

Your Health data is governed by Apple's privacy framework. AMPED accesses it only on-device, never transmits it anywhere, and has no way to access Health data outside of an active workout it is running. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → AMPED.
